CANCELLATIONS | LATE SHOWS | NO-SHOWS

 

Gilded Hair Salon has a 48-Hour and 24-Hour cancellation policy. All clients require a card on file to reserve an appointment. If you cancel within 48-Hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your booked service. If you cancel within 24-Hours, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your booked service. 

 

If you are more than 10-minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your entire service will be completed and you will be subject to be charged 100% of the service that was originally booked.

 

If you are more than 15-minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee that your service provider will be able to seat you for your scheduled appointment and we reserve the right to cancel your appointment at the 15 minute mark in order to prevent subsequent client appointments from running behind. You will be subject to the cancellation policy at the 15 minute mark and your card will be subject to being charged for the full amount of your originally scheduled service.

If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) you were booked for. In order to book future appointments, you will be required to pre-pay in full for all future appointments. If you no-show two or more appointments, we reserve the right to prohibit you from booking any future appointments at our salon.

CHILDREN

 

Gilded strives to create a relaxing and peaceful experience for all guests within our intimate salon. Due to this, we ask that guests not bring children with them to their appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you arrive to your appointment with a child.

We do accommodate children 12-years and older if they are booked for an appointment themselves.

CONSULTATIONS

 

Consultations are complimentary. However, a card on file is required to reserve a consultation. If a guest cancels within 24-hours of their scheduled consultation or does not show up to their appointment, a $25 fee will be charged.

CORRECTIONS 

 

We want you to love your new hair! If you are dissatisfied with the service you received, we would be more than happy to schedule a complimentary correction for you. (Limited to one complimentary correction)

 

Correction appointments are only reserved for errors only. If a client decides that they don't like the direction they decided on with their stylist during the consultation at the beginning of their appointment, that will not fall under the complimentary correction policy and will be considered a new service. Corrections are scheduled exactly as a normal appointment but at no charge. We require that the correction service be booked within 7 days from the original service and with the same stylist. If the original stylist has no available time or you feel your original stylist cannot perform your desired result, the redo service may be scheduled with an alternative stylist on a case-by-case basis.

Services received by an apprentice is not guaranteed and redo's can only be scheduled with your original apprentice

EXTENSIONS

 

All new extension clients require a complimentary consultation. During this complimentary consultation, you and your stylist will review extension goals and pricing.

 

REFUNDS

 

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance, but we want you to be happy with your hair and do offer complimentary corrections if the error was on our end.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

 

Gilded Hair Salon accepts all major credit cards, along with Google and Apple Pay. We do not accept cash or check payments.

 

Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. Cash tips are preferred but not required. 

 

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

 

Under federal law, Gilded Hair Salon has a legal right to decline to provide their goods or services to any customer that we feel is eliciting threatening behavior or creating an uncomfortable environment/experience for our guests and/or employees.

PRODUCT REFUNDS

 

All product sales are final and cannot be refunded.
